- On June 12^th, investment manager of Denmark Investment Promotion Bureau Mr. Cai investigated Xiangtan Hi-tech Zone on the development of wind-power industry. After having discussions with the manager of XEMC, Mr. Cai said that he is willing to help XEMC building the XEMC-Denmark R&D Centre in Denmark which has the most advanced wind-power technologies in the world.

- On June 27^th, vice secretary of Loudi Economic Development Zone Mr.Yang Jinhan investigated Xiangtan Hi-tech Zone on industry development, zone construction etc. and have discussions with leader of Xiangtan Hi-tech Zone.
